Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Item
Place the hat in its original hat box or a sturdy shipping container to prevent crushing, ensuring all original labels and packaging are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
